1. General information, not professional advice
Content on this website is provided for general information about EPICIA and its services. It is not professional advice tailored to any person’s particular circumstances. You should obtain appropriate advice before acting on information where your circumstances require it.
2. No contractual relationship
Accessing or using this website, including submitting an enquiry, does not by itself create a client, advisory, supplier, agency, partnership or contractual relationship. Consulting engagements, supply transactions and other commercial arrangements are governed by separately agreed terms or contracts.
3. Separate legal entities
“EPICIA” and “EPICIA Group” are brand references used for businesses operated by EPICIA Consulting Co., Ltd. and EPICIA Specialty Co., Ltd. The two companies are separate legal entities. Use of the EPICIA Group brand does not by itself create a separate legal entity or make one company responsible for obligations of the other.
4. Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, use it unlawfully, or infringe the rights of EPICIA or any third party.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the EPICIA name, logos, website design and original site content are owned by or licensed to the relevant EPICIA entity and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks and materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. No licence is granted except the limited right to access and use the website for lawful informational purposes.
6. Accuracy, availability and external content
We take reasonable care in preparing website content but do not warrant that all content is complete, error-free or continuously current. The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable from time to time. Any third-party links or references are provided for convenience or context and do not, by themselves, constitute endorsement or control of third-party content.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant EPICIA entity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this informational website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability arising from an actual Consulting engagement, Specialty transaction or other commercial relationship is governed by the separate agreement applicable to that relationship.
8. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These website Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Subject to any mandatory law or right that applies, disputes arising specifically from use of this website or these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
