PDPA & Data Subject Rights

EPICIA respects rights under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). The relevant Data Controller is EPICIA Consulting Co., Ltd. for Consulting enquiries and EPICIA Specialty Co., Ltd. for Specialty enquiries. General enquiries are initially received and controlled by EPICIA Consulting Co., Ltd.

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may have rights of access and copy, rectification, erasure/destruction, restriction of use, objection, portability where applicable, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, and complaint to the competent supervisory authority.

To exercise a right, email privacy@epiciagroup.com and describe your request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect personal data. We will handle valid requests without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
